SECURITY!!!

Security is very tight around Harrisburg (since it is the Capital of PA) except when it comes to these guys. They are guarding the State House but have no problem posing for a picture (just for reference I am standing across the street on the other side of a great big fountain but that didn’t really seem to bother them)
